Fundraising

I am sure that it will not come as a surprise to anyone that the WHS Track & Field team do a series of fundraisers throughout the season. Since school rules prohibit fundraising outside of our season (except for summer time), we are forced to do as much as we can in a short period of time.

Below is a list of scheduled fundraisers that I will need as much help with as possible. Please let me know how you can help.

SPECIAL NOTE: I am looking for donations for the Raffle & Silent Auction (May 6th). Start looking now, maybe you have something new at your house that you never got a chance to use. Hand crafted items are nice. Ask your employer if they will provide something. I have begun collecting donations for this purpose so please contact me as soon as you have something.

Wednesday, April 13th - Snack Bar - MVAL dual meet (WHS vs IHS) @ TAK

Thursday, April 21st - Snack Bar - MVAL dual meet (WHS vs MHS) @ TAK

Wednesday, May 4th - Snack Bar - MVAL dual meet (WHS vs AHS) @ TAK

Friday, May 6th - 2nd Annual Spaghetti Dinner, Bake Sale, Raffle & Silent Auction

Saturday, June 25th - Cherry Stand @ WHS parking lot

Saturday, July 2nd - Cherry Stand @ WHS parking lot
